Nattura.info is a new website about Icelandic environmental hotspots. Nattura.info is a grassroots initiative to inform the public of what we have, what we can lose and how we can grow into greener directions. The possibilities are endless in all directions of business. The proposed aluminium smelters will use large slices of our landscape in an unsustainable way. Each smelter is using more electricity than the total need of the entire nation and its industries. We believe that we can do bigger things slower and better. But what is needed is more public awareness and a democratic enlightened view of the future.
